| SAWAED's General Vision:
SAWAED's vision is based on
integrating all categories of Palestinian citizens, particularly
youth and women, in civil and social work for achieving development
in the Palestinian society.
SAWAED's vision is focused around the
following axes:
1-
political
System:
Strategic vision:
participate in creating and supporting democratic political system
based on pluralism and political partnership and on peaceful
rotation of authority that ensures effective participation of youth
and women who are considered important categories of the society.
Key issues: democracy,
political pluralism, civil society, political participation,
nomination age for local and legislative councils.

Poverty, Labor
and Unemployment:
Strategic vision:
participate in fighting against poverty and unemployment and
planning for this according to a vision that takes into account age
component and interest of future generations in a society dominated
by legislations, systems and practices that consider equal
opportunities, competence and eligibility.

unemployment, equal opportunities and fighting against poverty.

Social Status:
Strategic vision:
participate in enhancing harmonious relationships, dialogue and
participation among all society categories in order to establish a
society free from violence and discrimination on the basis of sex;
age; disability, ideology or political affiliations.
Key issues: culture,
educational values, social violence, tolerance and equality.

Health and
Environment:
Strategic vision:
achieve a high degree of awareness in health and environment
conditions for the Palestinians through focusing on formulating and
adopting policies and strategic governmental and non-governmental
plans complying with requirements of human and sanitary rights.
Key issues: health
services and insurances, sanitary and environmental awareness and
mental health.

cultural status:
Strategic vision:
encourage values of responsibility, participation, rights,
creativeness, mutual respect and pluralism within society.
Key issues: freedom of
opinion and expression, democratic culture and Palestinian folklore
revival.
6-
participation
enhancement:
Strategic vision:
encourage effective participation that achieves benefits to the
entire society, particularly to youth in institutions and encourage
initiatives that meet society's aspirations, hopes and goals that
help remove constraints holding up community participation in
political, economic, social and cultural aspects.
